It had been raining since early this morning. My mom said, "Abhishek, it is raining. Will you go or not?" Today was our competition class. As always today I also got new things from the experienced students to learn. Gagan Sir had told us last Sunday about the test, which would be conducted on Friday, and Jeet Sir also posted a message on the WhatsApp group about the same. Today I was expecting the vocabulary test, and this happened, but not at the beginning of class. This test was conducted at the end of the class. When I reached class, Jeet Sir was conducting vocabulary dictation; I had missed half of the dictation portion. After the dictation part, we moved to the competition class.


I went to the Daryaganj Book Market with my younger brother. When we were about to reach the place, the rain started. We were completely drenched in the rain, but still, we were continuing to move ahead. Firstly, we parked our bikes in MCD parking. The last time I parked the bike near the main road, traffic police towed my bike, and I had to pay 700/-. That time I was totally regretting it because the parking charge was only 20 and I had paid 700 instead of 20. I always remember this lesson. We went there to buy some stationery stuff because today wasn't Sunday, which is why only a few shops were open. We were searching through the diaries and some other stuff. After a lot of searches, we found a suitable diary. Although there were so many diaries, they didn't meet my requirements. We bought four diaries and one pocketbook. Later, I made one of my diaries a reading diary. So today onward, I will record all word meanings in my diary when I read any book.
